About

We are a small online guitar store run by Aaron, an independent sole-trader, who is addicted to all things guitar related, has brought and sold hundreds of pedals, amps, guitars and basses to build his own collection. 

Aaron launched the store in June 2023 with the aim to build a platform that allowed guitar enthusiasts to get great deals on used instruments without having to deal with 'scam sellers', poorly looked after instruments arriving that need additional work, or the many other usual problems buying a guitar online will normally bring with it.

We are based in a small town called Wymondham in Norfolk. If you are local to us, feel free to come say hello, reach out for setup work, or come try out our instruments.

Shipping

All items will be sent by tracked delivery and independently insured. Please allow two working days for items to be dispatched. 

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy for every sale for a full refund. If the item is damaged in transit, this must be notified to us within 24 hours of the item being delivered. 

If an item is returned damaged (unless notified that the item was previously damaged in transit), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the repair and depreciation in value from your refund. 

Unless an item arrives damaged, all return postage costs must be covered by the customer. All items must be returned in the original packaging or suitable equivalent. 

We recommend sending all returns with insurance by a tracked service as refunds will only be issued once the item has arrived and been inspected. 

We will issue refunds within 24 hours of receiving a returned item. The refund may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account due to processing times.
